The unit rate of the basic charge in Sławków Euroterminal for the 2022/2023 timetable will be PLN 79.07 per train-km, while the unit rate of the shunting fee will be PLN 131.42 per train-km. The new rates will replace the charges in force on the manager's network from 2019.
The Lower Silesian Road and Railway Service in Wrocław applied only for approval of the unit rate of the basic charge, which is PLN 4.01 per train-km. The previously applicable rate was set out in the network regulations of the Lower Silesian Road and Railway Service for the 2020/2021 train timetable.
The infrastructure manager may decide to apply for the next timetable the corresponding part of the price list from the previous timetable and update the network statement with regard to the price list. The application of the price list from the previous timetable was notified to the President of the Office of Rail Transport by the following managers: Cargotor sp. z o.o., Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna S.A., CTL Maczki-Bór S.A., Betrans sp. z o.o., PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. CHP Plant in Lublin Wrotków and PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. CHP Plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Currently pending before the President of the Office of Rail Transport are proceeding concerning the approval of draft price lists submitted by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and PKP Szybka Kolej Miejska w Trójmieście sp. z o.o.
