Information about cookies

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookie files are text files sent by the web server to the user's end device and stored in its device. The end device may in particular be a computer, a tablet or a mobile phone with the possibility of browsing the web pages. Our cookies allow you to read information contained in them only to our server, that is, who created them. They are used, among others, for counting statistics of visits, used for probes and surveys, on websites that require logging in or to monitor the activity of visitors.

WHAT FUNCTIONS THE COOKIES MEET?

Cookies contain various information about the user using a given web browser and the history of his Internet connection. With their help, the server administrator can get to know the type of device, the user's IP address or check which from what websites have entered his website. We can also track the user's track on the pages of our servers, check which files have downloaded or what phrases were included in the internal search engine window. In addition, we know what browser the user is using. However, these data are not associated with
a specific person, but only with the computer that he or she uses.

HOW WE USE COOKIES INFORMATION?

Thanks to cooperation with partners, we can create anonymous, aggregated statistics, which, however, do not allow the identification of a specific user. We see how users use our websites, which allows us to improve the structure and content. Because the Office of Rail Transport uses third party services on its servers, these companies can also send their own cookies to the user. Currently, these files may include files from, among others, Google LLC, Facebook Inc., Twitter Inc., Ministry of Digitization, Get Feedback S.J., PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A., Internet Art. S.C., JSK Internet. This list may change. At any time, each user can set his browser so that cookies do not save on the device. You can also set the automatic removal of them, for example each time you close the program for browsing the web pages (browser). However, such a setting may cause incorrect work of some elements of websites, for which the administrator is not responsible.

PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR
