Third draft of PKP PLK price list for 2022/2023 timetable

After the President of the Office of Rail Transport refused twice to approve the draft price list for 2022/2023 timetable, the infrastructure manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe submitted for approval a new draft of the price list of charges for using railway infrastructure for 2022/2023 timetable. The President of the Office of Rail Transport invites interested applicants to give their opinion on the draft price list of the infrastructure manager.

The draft of the new price list has been published on PKP PLK's website. The new price list has been introduced as Amendment No. 12 to the Network Statement for the 2022/2023 timetable.

The President the Office of Rail Transport shall verify the correctness of setting and collecting the charges for the use of railway infrastructure. The infrastructure manager's draft price list is verified in the part concerning the method of calculating the unit rate of the basic and the shunting fee, including calculation of the amount of the applied partial charges and coefficients. The President of the Office of Rail Transport may approve the draft price list in the part concerning the method of calculating the unit rate of the basic and the shunting fee, or refuse to approve it.

The President of the Office of Rail Transport in two decisions of 25 March 2022 and 22 July 2022 refused to approve the previous versions of the draft price list of PKP PLK for 2022/2023 timetable.

We are waiting for opinions and comments on the draft PKP PLK price list until 20 September 2022.
