Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/171 of 4 February 2015 on certain aspects of the procedure of licensing railway undertakings enetered into force on 16th June 2015.
The regulation introduces a standard format for the licence document, changes in the scope of requirements concerning financial fitness, third-party insurance and the method of notification of the licence document.
